We are very excited about this year’s camp theme, Kingdom Wisdom!

Our theme verse this year is Ephesians 1:17: “I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know Him better.”

To go along with this theme, CCH campers will learn about 9 different characters from the Bible and their search for Kingdom Wisdom:

  • Daniel, who prayed to God and would not bow down to the idols wise-menothers around him were bowing down to.
  • Corenlius, the first Gentile to hear the truth, believe, and be baptized.
  • The 3 Wise Men, who did not return to Herod after finding Baby Jesus.
  • Moses’ Mother, who put baby Moses in a basket in the river instead
of allowing him to be killed.
  • zac-colorRahab, who hid the spies.
  • John the Baptist, who knew he was to prepare the way for Jesus to come.
  • Zacchaeus, whose life was forever changed by an encounter with Jesus.
  • Simon Peter, who left his work to follow Jesus.
  • The Woman who Anointed Jesus with Perfume, giving all she had to Jesus.
  • Ruth, who boldly reminded Boaz that she had received him from God to protect her.

Each of these characters has much to teach us about Kingdom Wisdom. Donating $30 sends a CCH child to camp for 4 days of learning these important stories, as well as having some fun, creating, worshiping, and interacting with other CCH kids from different homes. Please visit our donation page to send a child to camp today!
